Restaurant Reservations

To provide the best service for all guests, we operate the following reservation policies:

  • Grace Period: We hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes from the time of booking. If you are running late, please call us. After 15 minutes, the table may be released.
  • No-Show Policy: For groups of 6 or more, we reserve the right to request a deposit or card authentication. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge of £10 per person.
  • Right to Refuse Service: We maintain a family-friendly environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any person acting in a disorderly, aggressive or intoxicated manner.

Online Ordering & Delivery

  • Your Order Confirmation is our agreement to deliver products paid for in full. Amendments must be made by contacting the restaurant directly.
  • Cancellations for delivery must be made at least 45 minutes prior to your delivery window. Cancellations within this timeframe will be charged in full.
  • Our drivers carry a maximum of £10 in change.
  • Due to licensing restrictions, the latest order time is 20 minutes before closing.
  • We aim for on-time delivery but cannot guarantee specific times during periods of heavy traffic or adverse weather conditions.

Payment & Security

We use secure, PCI-compliant payment processors to handle all transactions. Your card details are never stored on our local servers, ensuring protection against unauthorised access and data theft.

Refunds

If a refund is approved for a cancelled order or unsatisfactory service, funds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Data Protection
