Payment & Fulfilment Notice
Online ordering, delivery logistics, and payment processing for Cafe Istanbul are managed exclusively by our partners, Mealzo and PayEat. As they handle the financial transaction and delivery chain, all refund requests must be directed to them for processing.

Eligibility for Refunds
Subject to Mealzo/PayEat Terms:
- Orders not fulfilled or delivered by the partner service.
- Unauthorized or duplicate transactions processed via PayEat.
- Technical errors within the Mealzo ordering platform.
- Issues regarding food quality that are verified by restaurant management.
Request Procedure
Requests should be made within 14 days. To ensure your request is processed correctly, please provide:
- Order Number
- Transaction Date
- Reason for Request
Processing Times
Once approved by PayEat, refunds are issued to the original payment card. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your statement.
Security & Protection
PayEat reserves the right to deny refunds for requests that are deemed fraudulent or that violate the Consumer Rights Act 2015. All transaction data is securely processed to prevent unauthorized access.
By placing an order via this website, you agree to the Terms of Service of Mealzo and PayEat. Cafe Istanbul provides the food as described, while the digital transaction and delivery services are managed by these third-party providers.
